HSM 303: Introduction to Health Systems Management
This is a level three module suitably done after you have done Community Health Module. This module has three units and requires a total of atleast 30 hours or 3 credit hours to complete.

This unit focuses on Organizing as an important function of management. You will learn about the meaning of organizing, organizations and organizational structure and communication in organizations.
Health Care Workers (HCW) are expected to organize their work activities based on the staffing patterns

By the end of this unit, you will have achieved the following objectives;

- Describe organization and organizational structure
- Explain organizational communication
