This module is taught in year II semester II. It has 70 hours which is divided as 40 hours of theory and 30 hours of practical sessions. It has 6 units and 7 credit hours.

Plan, design and sketch buildings such as;
1. rural shop,
2. bungalow,
3. dwelling house-3 rooms;
4. school class block;
5. Farm building, block built house.

Topic Content:
1. Sketch in single lines
2. Design by use of relevant standards as stipulated in statutes; Public Health Act Cap242, Building Code etc.
